Video and Audio

  • Compression:  Advent hardware compressed for each video + audio channel.
  • Quality:  DVD quality at 704 X 480 pixels; full screen VHS quality if recorded at 800MB/hr, 352X240 pixels; dubbed VHS quality if recorded at 400MB/hr, 352X240 Pixels.
  • Full screen mode: Application allows full screen mode.

Recording

  • Recording mode: 24 X 7 scheduling for multiple modes, motion detection, external triggered, Fast 30 fps recording.  Masking for motion detect is available.
  • Storage:  Self-assigned to a folder, recycle (optional) when space is less than 1GB.  Back up recording simultaneously.
  • Camera setting: Video attributes of each camera can be controlled individually.  Control up to 48 cameras in 8 groups, able to set up recording speed and recording mode for each group.
  • Pre-alarm trigger.
  • Post-alarm feature.
  • Alarm message: Sent via IP to computer, PDA, pager, or cell phone
  • Digital Map: Standard. User can input map of their premises, place camera and sensor icons in appropriate locations on that map.  Icons will provide alarm status.
